Most in-stock orders placed before 4pm, Monday-Friday, ship the same day.
Shipping Out-of-stock Items
If your item is out-of-stock, we will notify you within 24 hours of placing your order, or sooner, if you specified express shipping.
When will you be charged?
You will not be charged until your item ships.
Drop Shipping
We stock most items we sell, however we do drop ship from manufacturers to expedite the shipping process.
Shipping Notification
When your order ships, we will let you know, along with any relevant tracking information, via email.
Brokerage, Customs & Duty
Any Brokerage, Customs or Duty fees due on items shipped outside of the US are the customer's responsibility.
Returns and Exchanges
Should you need to return or exchange an item, we will refund your purchase price less our shipping cost. Please see our warranty page for details.
