Customer Q&A - Firestone WR17602145

THIS IS FEED FROM THE AIR TANK, WERE IS THE AIR DUMPING TO DEFLATE, you state out of the back of the control panel, so does this mean i am exhausting this air out into my truck cab?

Asked
Yes, the air dumps out of the back of the control panel and into the cab. It is typically a small amount of air and Firestone has been using these control panels for years without any problems or complaints about the dumping of the air.

IF THIS IS FEED FROM THE AIR TANK, HOW DOES IT DUMP THE AIR TO DEFLATE THE REAR HELPER BAGS INSTALLED ON THIS SYSTEM? iF THE AIR TANK SHUTS OFF AT 150 PSI, WERE IS THE AIR DUMPING TO DEFLATE?

Asked
Firestone control panel 2145 dumps the air from the back of the control panel. The air pressure is controlled from the panel and does so directly to and from the air bags. The pressure switch controls the air tank pressure.
