I need a hanger for a 74 f350 and this one seems to have the right dimensions, is this possible?

It is possible that this hanger would work on a 1974 model if the dimensions match. It may just be a lack of application information preventing it from being listed back that far. This hanger was used on applications using 2-1/4" springs. Ensure that all of the dimensions match what you need as I could not find any confirmation that it would fit a 1974 F-350.
