Overview

The 250C-IG 12 volt Industrial Grade compressor is specifically designed to fill air reservoir tanks and feature a head assembly that includes a newly-developed, patents pending innovative head design for better heat dissipation. All IG compressors are certified CE spec. and feature outstanding sealing properties to the elements. Additionally, all IG compressors are equipped with a separate stainless steel braided PTFE-lined leader hoses and check valve assembly that protects the compressor against high amperage restarts.

Will this product work to keep a air tank on a motorcycle fully charged to operate a air shifter, for say a day of riding, or just all day driving, continual use?

Viair air compressor 25050 will work, but how well it will work depends on the size of your air tank, what PSI the air shifter operates at and how often your shifting. If your tank starts out at 145 PSI and drops to 110 PSI, this compressor will take about a minute to bring the air pressure back up.

On VIAIR compressors. VIAIR warrants their products against defects in materials and workmanship.

What the warranty does not cover

Normal wear and tear over time, damage from abuse or neglect, corrosion, and damage resulting from accidents is not covered. Improper installation. Any alteration of products beyond the included installation instructions will void the warranty. Cosmetic finish is not covered.
