Following are the specifications on the 118138 7-way bracket. Mounting hole diameter: 2-1/16" Overall width of bracket: 2-3/4" Distance between vehicle mounting bolt holes: 2-1/4" on center We checked some other 7 way brackets and they all have a 2 inch hole.
