Can this stud be used on a 1963 C700 Ford cab over truck???/ Can I get info on how to identify a left hand thread verse a right hand thread? Thank you

Unfortunately, studs are not listed using vehicle application but they are listed entirely by measurement. Left hand thread and right hand threaded studs and wheel nuts will normally be marked with an L or an R. If there are no markings the easiest way to identify is to note which direction the nut tightens onto the stud. Right handed tighten clockwise and left handed tighten counter-clockwise. If the threads are damaged and you are unable to start a nut onto the stud I will normally take a pick and follow the threads around to find which direction draws the pick inward.
