Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Spring Kits and Air Bags

Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 series kits are their heaviest-rated kits for hauling or towing heavy loads. They're engineered and built with reinforced bellows, and end caps made of ultra high strength Zytel nylon...strong as steel, but it weighs less and is corrosion proof. It's all held together with Air Lift's exclusive Shur-Grip crimp for lasting strength.

LoadLifter 5000 utilizes sturdy, reinforced, commercial grade single or double, depending on the kit, convoluted bellows. Like the sleeves used for the Ride Control kits,these bellows are manufactured much like a tire with layers of rubber and cords that control growth. LoadLifter 5000 kits provide up to 5,000 pounds of load leveling support. These kits provide air adjustability from 5 – 100 p.s.i. LoadLifter 5000 kits are recommended for most all 3/4 and 1 ton pickups and SUVs with leaf springs. LoadLifter 5000 is also used in motorhome rear kits and some motorhome fronts where leaf springs are used.

I have an '04 Silverado, lowered 3/4, w/ a c notch. Will this kit fit my application?

Air Lift 57275 is designed for stock height Silverados and will not fit if lowered.

I have installed a magnaflow dual exhaust on my GMC 2500hd 4wd quad cab short bed pickup, will the air lift loadlifter 5000 still fit?

Depending on how the exhaust is routed it may interfere with the installation of the air bag kit. Alternatively if the kit can be installed additional heat shields may need to be used to protect the air bags. You can download the installation instructions and see exactly where Air Lift air bag kit 57275 mounts on your truck. You can also contact Air Lift technical support at 1-800-248-0892 to go over the installation and the location of the new exhaust components.

2003 GMC Sierra 2500 hd diesel it has a 3" lift blocks on it already. Need an Air bag system on the rear for it Heavy trailer makes it bouce bad on bumps need to stabilize it. Will this work or does it need the "TUFF COUNTRY® - Suspension Air Bag Adapter". it nither will work can you please tell me what will. Thanks for your help

Air Lift kit 57275 mounts on top of the axle and bolts to the bottom of your frame. If you have changed the distance from the top of your axle to the bottom of your frame, you will need spacers to make up for the change in distance. If your blocks are below the axle and the distance from the top of the axle to the bottom of the frame has not changed, you will not need an air spring spacer. Products that have been improperly installed, or which have not been maintained in accordance with installation instructions. How to get service

If a defect in workmanship or materials causes your Air Lift product to become inoperable within the warranty period, before returning any defective product, call Air Lift Company at (800) 248-0892 in the U.S. and Canada (elsewhere, (517) 322-2144 to obtain a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number. The consumer shall be responsible for removing (labor charges) the defective product from the vehicle and returning it, shipping costs prepaid, to Air Lift Company for verification.
