Asked
Gabriel shock 61663 is a popular shock for your application. It is what Gabriel considers a "Better" shock. It is a notch above the OEM stock shocks. Gabriel front shock 77817 and rear shock 77412 are the premium line and have a larger bore size inside the pressure tube which enables the shocks to react quicker and creates a smoother and more comfortable ride. We have a lot of customers using Bilstein shocks 24-060813 and 24-060820 for the 2003 Sierra 2500. We use them in our service department and highly recommend them. They are more expensive, but are the best shock available for your truck.
