If you only change one leaf spring, it is common that your truck will lean toward the side with the older leaf spring. If you purchase one leaf spring and decided to replace the other one at a later date, you may receive a spring from another manufacturer as we source our springs from multiple manufacturers. Do the Leaf Spring Packs come with the center bolt and nut? And do they also come with the U-Bolts and Nuts?

The leaf spring is an assembly that includes the center bolt and nut. The u-bolts will vary from truck to truck, so they are not included. U-bolt kit 5-0995K is the most popular kit that is used with the 22-1567 leaf spring. We recommend measuring your existing u-bolts to confirm before ordering. Leaf spring bolt C916412 and nut SLN912 are used to mount the springs.

Does the 22-1567 spring pack come with the noise pads on the bottom overload spring like oem?

They do not have the pads on the overload. We have not run into any issues or complaints as the only time they come into contact is then the truck is heavily loaded.

my leafspring is 25841517 on a 08 gmc sierra 1500 extended cab tow package what part is equivalent to this number ?

The provided OEM number crosses to replacement GMC Sierra leaf spring 22-1487.

2011 GMC sierra 1500 with OEM spring 20901045 from factory. These are defective springs GM used and both of mine snapped and they will not cover under warranty. What after market springs will work on my truck thanks.

i see there are 2 different springs for my 2009 Silverado 1500, with towing package. The OEM number from GM is 22787766. Please advise which one i should buy. I will also need the U bolt kits for two spring assemblies.

The OEM 22787766 number crosses to part 22-1487 which has a 1,750 lbs. capacity. The 22-1567 will work also, but it has a 1,900 lbs. capacity. The 22-1567 is more popular. We do recommend changing in pairs, so your truck doesn't lean to the older spring side. Either spring will work, the 22-1567 will give you a little more capacity. U-Bolt kit 5-0995K is the kit you will need and will work with both leaf spring part numbers.

What the warranty does not cover

Damage from accidents, corrosion, improper installation, incorrect applications, overloading, and custom applications that are not specified under the OEM cross references. This warranty does not cover loss of freight, loss of profit, equipment, or personal downtime. Any alteration of products will void the warranty. Warranty is void if new u-bolts are not installed when the new leaf spring is installed. Using existing u-bolts is a common cause for leaf spring breakage and failure.
