i purchased a truck with this ball i cant figure out how to fold it over in structions says something about pull ring i cant find one there is small pin sticking out front side [ 1/2 inch or so ]

It should have a pull ring on it to fold it over. If it doesn't have a pull ring, it may be a different gooseneck hitch or it may be modified or missing. Follow are the instructions from Draw-Tite. TO RAISE BALL IN UPRIGHT POSITION 1. Grasp lift ring and raise cover until the spring holds the cover open. Grasp ball and rock it to its vertical position. 2. Lower lift ring and cover such that it locks ball in upright position. 3. Lift spring loaded safety chain U bolts to attach safety chain. To lower ball into horizontal position, repeat steps 1 then 2.

What the warranty does not cover

Normal wear and tear over time, damage from abuse or neglect, and damage resulting from accidents is not covered. Improper installation including welding will void any warranty.

Any alteration of products beyond the included installation instructions will void the warranty.
