TruckSpring.com is the e-commerce website of Michigan Truck Spring of Saginaw, Inc., a Michigan-based supplier of suspension, towing, trailer, brake, body, electrical, steering, and accessory parts for light-, medium-, and heavy-duty trucks and trailers. Founded in 1926 and located in Saginaw, Michigan since 1976, we have been selling online since 2001 and serve commercial fleet operators, repair shops, and individual vehicle owners across the United States. We also accept international orders.

When you reach our Services from one of our advertisements, the telephone number displayed to you may be a forwarding number provided by Google rather than our published number. Calls to a forwarding number connect to us in the usual way. We receive information about the call, such as the date and time, its duration, whether it was answered, the general geographic area of the caller, and the advertising campaign associated with the call, so we can evaluate which advertising leads to customer contact. Neither we nor Google records the content of these calls.
• To protect our Services. As part of our efforts to keep our Services safe and secure, including fraud monitoring and prevention.
• To identify usage trends. To better understand how our Services are being used so we can improve them.

We do not connect the Services to your Google account, and we do not request access to your device's precise location for this purpose.

Our servers are located in the United States. Some order and transaction records may be retained after an account is closed or after an order is completed. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Under certain US state data protection laws, you may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may deny a request from an authorized agent that does not provide proof that the agent has been validly authorized to act on your behalf in accordance with applicable law.

Request Verification

For requests to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, we may need to verify your identity to determine that you are the person about whom we maintain the information. California "Shine The Light" Law

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. Like many e-commerce websites, we use advertising, analytics, retargeting, and conversion-measurement services.

Cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies on our Website may make limited online identifiers, cookie identifiers, device information, internet or other electronic network activity, approximate location information, and related inferences available to advertising providers for purposes such as advertising measurement, remarketing, audience creation, and campaign optimization.

We may also transmit hashed customer contact information, such as email addresses and telephone numbers, together with limited order or conversion information to advertising providers through secure server-to-server integrations. Hashing converts the contact information into a coded value before transmission. This information may be used to measure and attribute conversions, improve advertising performance, and create or update advertising audiences. Because these integrations do not operate through your browser, they are not affected by your browser cookie settings.

Under certain U.S. state privacy laws, these activities may be considered “sharing” for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising or, in some states, a “sale,” even when no money is exchanged.
