Will this fit on factory OEM pintle bolt holes on back bumper of 2006 toyota landcruiser?

The Tow Ready Pintle Hook 63014 has the following mounting hole dimensions: 3-3/8 inches wide (center to center) 1-3/4 inches up / down (center to center) 17/32 inch bolt hole diameter We are not familiar with the OEM holes on the back bumper of the 2006 Landcruiser, so you will have to measure to verify they will line up.
