is your tank sprayed inside and done test of leaking?

Yes, the air tanks are sprayed inside and leak tested. They use an interior corrosion protection strategy was adapted from marine and military applications and features a self-healing barrier that not only passes the same 250+ hours of ASTM B117-95 testing, but also meets the stringent military spec MIL-PRF-16173 Grade 2.

I was wondering if this item comes with the cable assemblies to tie it down?
