B8 5100 shock absorbers utilize a unique, velocity sensitive, digressive piston which reacts to changing road conditions. All B8 5100 shock absorbers are tuned for each specific application to assure optimal performance is achieved.

Anyone know the valve rating for Bilstein shock 24-185530

Bilstein does not provide the valving on the 5100 series shocks. They provide which vehicles they fit, but do not provide the specific valving they use for each shock.

Will this fit on a 1993 ford f250 2wd 3/4 ton to raise the front of the truck?

Bilstein shock 24-185530 is a rear shock that will fit a 1993 Ford F-250 2wd. The shock is designed for a truck with a 2 inch lift. It is not designed to provide lift, but rather for a truck that already has a lift. Bilstein does not make a shock for the front of the 1993 F-250 that will lift your truck. We do not have anything that will lift the front of a 2 wheel drive, only 4 wheel drive at this time.

What the warranty does not cover

Original equipment shock absorbers: if your vehicle was equipped with BILSTEIN from the factory (original equipment) warranty claims must be directed to the vehicle manufacturer.*

Improper installation, racing, driving competition or off-road use, modified use or applications other than Bilstein recommended vehicles, commercial vehicles, bent or broken rods showing abuse or abnormal wear, surface finish, boot or mounting hardware, rubber bushings are not covered.
