Bilstein B8 8112 (ZoneControl) CR suspension kits are a direct fit, position sensitive coilover designed for light trucks and SUV’s. ZoneControl CR is a revolutionary technology delivering position sensitive damping. The system incorporates a triple piston design, offering 3 stages of compression valving and 2 stages of rebound valving. The coilover module utilizes a threaded spring seat for ride height adjustability ranging from 0-3.8” (depending on application).

Bilstein B8 - 8112 ZoneControl CR Suspension Kits

Never before has so much capability been packed into one direct fit suspension kit. BILSTEIN B8 8112 ZoneControl CR suspension kits incorporate a new, revolutionary technology, delivering position sensitive damping in both compression and rebound. The coilover module utilizes a threaded spring seat for ride height adjustability ranging from .5 - 2.5”. ZoneControl CR provides unparalleled comfort during everyday driving conditions, combined with maximum control under large suspension inputs. These suspension kits will enhance your trucks performance to a level that will defy convention.

Bilstein B8 8112 | Features & Benefits:

Position sensitive damping with 3 compression zones and 2 rebound zones, controlled by 3 independent pistons.
Compression (C): Provides superior bottom out control through a 2-stage, telescoping internal compression stop. This feature eliminates the need for an external hydraulic bump stop.
Rebound (R): Secondary rebound stop will dissipate spring energy and stabilize the suspension directly following a large compression event. The internal rebound stop will also eliminate harsh top-out events and the need for an external limit strap.
Adjustable threaded spring seat allows for ride height range of .5 - 2.5 inches.
60 mm remote reservoir for increased oil capacity and cooling.
Aerospace quality components are vehicle specific to optimize wheel travel and clearance.
Aluminum components with zinc plated shock bodies will resist harsh off-road elements.
Coilover supplied as a complete module for easy installation. Spring is pre-loaded to the factory recommended ride height.
Factory rebuildable.
Made in the USA.

If a shock/strut malfunctions and BILSTEIN determines it to be defective, Bilstein will either replace it or repair it, depending on the term of the warranty based on the assembly's model type.

What the warranty does not cover

Original equipment shock absorbers: if your vehicle was equipped with BILSTEIN from the factory (original equipment) warranty claims must be directed to the vehicle manufacturer.*

Improper installation, racing, driving competition or off-road use, modified use or applications other than Bilstein recommended vehicles, commercial vehicles, bent or broken rods showing abuse or abnormal wear, surface finish, boot or mounting hardware, rubber bushings are not covered.

Labor charges are not covered by any of the foregoing limited warranties.
