SumoSpring Solo

The Solo Sumospring is a one piece component that is fixed to one side, used to replace or upgrade the vehicles factory bump stops. SumoSprings Solo is a one-piece, homogenous unit attached on only one side via various mechanisms. The Solo is manufactured in a variety of heights, diameters and densities to support multiple applications.

SumoSpring Solo

All SumoSprings are manufactured from proprietary closed microcellular urethane which yields a combination of uniquely distinctive properties. The materials density, tensile strength, elongation, tear resistance, rebound, and compression characteristics have been designed specifically to produce a smooth ride and provide additional load support.

SumoSpring Densities

In addition to the above mounting styles, SumoSprings are also available in three densities. SumoSpring helper springs densities are distinguished according to color as shown below, ranging from light and medium, to heavy duty. When multiple densities are available, pick the density that best suits your needs and ride preferences.

The Blue-40 density traps more air in the millions of micro-cellular bubbles, making an air spring sufficient for light and medium duty performance.

I have a 2014 Chevy 2500 HD I pull a 5th wheel camper. The truck doesn't always carry the load level. I handles well but a little help may not hurt. I have used air load air bags had problems with them. They would leak and needed constant changing of air pressure for changing load weight. Would your product help?

A SumoSpring kit will be a great option to give your truck a little help when pulling your 5th wheel. This SSF-202-54 kit is made for the front of your truck. If you are looking for a kit for the rear a SSR-207-47 is a 1500Lb capacity rear kit and the SSR-203-40-2 is a 2600 LB capacity rear kit depending on what weight capacity help that you need. The SumoSprings are a great option because they will behave like an airbag without the chance for leaks. The solo kit will not touch the axle until you are loaded so when the truck it empty it will not change the ride quality.

SuperSprings

SuperSprings International was founded in 1996 and has developed a patented line of self-adjusting suspension stabilizers that solve many of the handling and suspension problems associated with loads carried by passenger vans, pickup trucks, minivans, and SUVs.

What the warranty does not cover

Vehicle use in excess of GVWR, combined vehicle weights/ tow ratings or other OEM design specifications or limitations. Normal wear and tear, deterioration of spring shape or rating, alteration, product modification, improper installation or failure to maintain. Scratches or defects in product finishes (powder coating, paint, etc.) or damage due to shipping. Abnormal or misuse, including products used other than as recommended in the current SuperSprings™ application guide or the instructions. Racing or other vehicle competitions or contests. Accidents, impact by rocks, trees, obstacles or other aspects of the environment. Heavily loaded commercial use on unpaved road conditions.
