Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Spring Kits and Air Bags

Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 series kits are their heaviest-rated kits for hauling or towing heavy loads. They're engineered and built with reinforced bellows, and end caps made of ultra high strength Zytel nylon...strong as steel, but it weighs less and is corrosion proof. It's all held together with Air Lift's exclusive Shur-Grip crimp for lasting strength.

LoadLifter 5000 utilizes sturdy, reinforced, commercial grade single or double, depending on the kit, convoluted bellows. Like the sleeves used for the Ride Control kits,these bellows are manufactured much like a tire with layers of rubber and cords that control growth. LoadLifter 5000 kits provide up to 5,000 pounds of load leveling support. These kits provide air adjustability from 5 – 100 p.s.i. LoadLifter 5000 kits are recommended for most all 3/4 and 1 ton pickups and SUVs with leaf springs. LoadLifter 5000 is also used in motorhome rear kits and some motorhome fronts where leaf springs are used.

I have a 2013 Ram 2500 with a 3" Back Country Lift by Carli. I would like to purchase kit 57295. Will this kit work with my application if i purchase a 3" spacer by Tough Country part number 3001? I also have 5th wheel rails installed in the bed mounted to frame. Thank you for your help.

Answer:
The 3" Tuff Country Spacers 30001 use the same 2.75" bolt spacing as the air springs in the Air Lift 57295 kit. So they could be used to accommodate the lift kit. The kit is destined to work with a 5th wheel and goose-neck hitch.

Question:
I have a 4" lift on my 2008 ram 3500 and was wondering the compatability of the air bag system with the lift installed?

Answer:
Air Lift Air Suspension Kit 57295 will work with a 4 inch lift, but you will need a spacer kit to make up for the lift. The 57295 is an axle mount air bag kit. You could use air bag spacer kit FIR2371 or Air Lift spacer kit AIL52140.

Question:
will this product bolt up with b&w gooseneck hitch already installed on the truck or no?

Answer:
Air Lift load lifter 5000 air suspension kit 57295 will fit with a preinstalled B & W gooseneck hitch as long as the gooseneck mounting bracket does not mount around the frame. Almost all the B & W hitches we have seen have worked with the 57295 air bag kit. You can view instruction on our website to see exactly where it mounts. How to get service

If a defect in workmanship or materials causes your Air Lift product to become inoperable within the warranty period, before returning any defective product, call Air Lift Company at (800) 248-0892 in the U.S. and Canada (elsewhere, (517) 322-2144 to obtain a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number. The consumer shall be responsible for removing (labor charges) the defective product from the vehicle and returning it, shipping costs prepaid, to Air Lift Company for verification.
