In some cases these kits with outside mounting can interfere with the support brackets for the 5th wheel. AIL57204 mounts inside the frame and will work with in bed hitches and the 68.4" bed.

I have a 2009 GMC Sierra 1500 with a 69" bed. I also have a 6in Lift kit installed on this truck. Does this kit install between the frame and leaf spring, or between Frame and axle?

Air Lift air spring kit 59565 sits between the top of the leaf spring and the frame. The air spring sit on top of the leaf springs. If you changed this distance at all with you lift kit, you will need to compensate with spacers.

Yes, Air Lift air spring kit 59565 will work with most 5th wheel hitches. We have not run into problems with it fitting 5th wheels hitches, but I'm sure there is one out there. Products that have been improperly installed, or which have not been maintained in accordance with installation instructions. How to get service

If a defect in workmanship or materials causes your Air Lift product to become inoperable within the warranty period, before returning any defective product, call Air Lift Company at (800) 248-0892 in the U.S. and Canada (elsewhere, (517) 322-2144 to obtain a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number. The consumer shall be responsible for removing (labor charges) the defective product from the vehicle and returning it, shipping costs prepaid, to Air Lift Company for verification.
