Brake Camshaft Head Size
The head size of a camshaft can be determined by measuring its width at the middle of the 'S'. S-Cam head sizes can vary however there are five main head types.
Main Types of S-Cam Heads
Type 1
11/16 inch
or
approx .66”
Type 2
1-1/16 inch
or
approx 1.08”
Type 3
1-1/8 inch
or
approx 1.13”
Type 4
1-3/16 inch
or
approx 1.18”
Type 5
1-3/8 inch
or
approx 1.38”
