  1. How can I contact you?

    Visit the Contact Us page for details on how to contact a customer service representative.
  2. When is my credit card charged?

    Orders paid by credit card will be charged when the item ordered ships. Items on backorderd will NOT be charged, until those items are shipped to you.
  3. When are orders processed?

    Orders are processed Monday-Friday, from 8am-11pm EST (Eastern Standard Time). Delivery pickup is at 3pm EST, so In Stock orders that are received before 3pm usually ship the same day.
  4. How do I cancel my order?

    You can cancel your order at any time prior to shipment, at no cost to you, by calling 1-800-358-4751, 8am - 11pm EST (Eastern Standard Time), Monday-Friday, or 8am - 1pm EST on Saturdays.
  5. Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?

    We do not ship to post office boxes within the contiguous U.S. These orders are shipped UPS, which delivers to physical address only. We do ship to P.O. Boxes outside of the contiguous U.S.
  6. Do you refund shipping charges?

    Shipping charges are refunded if:
    • We ship an incorrect product.
    • A product was shipped from our warehouse broken or defective.
    • A product was damaged during shipping.
    If we re-ship a product in these cases, there will be no second shipping charge. Your original shipping charges will not be refunded if we reship products. Shipping charges are refunded for items that are covered under manufacturer warranties.
  7. Do you charge handling fees?

    We never charge handling fees. Our shipping charges are based on weight and rates directly from UPS or the Post Office rate tables. If the actual shipping charges for your order are higher for any reason, you will be contacted prior to the order being billed or shipped.
  8. Do you ship overseas?

  9. If I'm not satisfied with my order, can I return it?

    Absolutely! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

    Our No Hassle Return Policy ensures that you can return any product, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason. Items must be returned in new, unused and in resalable condition and in its original packaging.

    Damaged Items: If your shipment is damaged during shipping, a claim must be made within 5 days of receipt. Please open your package and inspect upon receipt. If a package arrives damaged please save all packing materials and contact us immediately.

    • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • No restocking fee on returns within 30 days
    • Returns must be in new condition
  10. Do you charge sales tax?

    We collect sales tax for orders shipping to the following states: California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Washington, and Wisconsin. If you are tax-exempt, please select the tax-exempt check box at checkout, and email your tax-exemption certificate to exempt@truckspring.com. Please note, your tax-exempt order will be processed after your paperwork has been reviewed and approved. We do not refund for taxes collected if you do not select tax exempt and the orders has been shipped.
