Hellwig Load Pro 25 Helper Springs

This Hellwig helper spring set features Progressive Spring Rate and Fulltime Spring Rate design, this spring is the workhorse of the Hellwig Spring line. With the Progressive design the vehicle must be loaded and its spring compressed to activate the Hellwig Spring, so as the vehicles load increases the Hellwig Helper Spring progressively increases its resistance to the load. In the Fulltime design the Hellwig Spring reacts immediately to the vehicles load, compressing very little as load is applied to the vehicle.

Manufactured with heat treated ASTM 5160 alloy spring steel these units increase your vehicles level load carrying capacity up to the manufacturer’s Gross Vehicle Weight Rating. Designed to install on full size pick-up trucks and vans, this unit requires mounting hardware to accommodate either 2 1/2" or 3" wide leaf springs. Ideal for helping manage your load more efficiently, these kits are easy to install and require little or no maintenance. Just "Set it and forget it". The LP 25 is rated at 2500lbs level load carrying capacity, do not exceed the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating.

The Hellwig Load Pro 25 Series helper spring is designed for full sized pickup trucks, vans, RVs, and sport utility vehicles. The kit contains 2 heavy duty leaf assemblies that run over both sides of the axle. A mounting hardware kit is included with these heavy duty helper springs.

Does this include the helper springs for both the passenger and drivers side? Or do you need to order two kits?

Answer:
All Hellwig helper springs include both sides. One kit will do the rear of your vehicle. You will only need to order one kit.

Will this change the stock ride height, on the rear of my truck?

Answer:
Hellwig steel helper springs will not change the stock height of your truck. They are designed to provide load support and prevent your truck from sagging. Hellwig helper springs are designed to maintain the stock height while hauling heavy loads. The helper springs do not raise the rear of your truck, they prevent it from going down when you hook up your trailer or put a heavy load in the rear of your truck.
