Hellwig Pro Series Helper Spring Kit - With Silent Option

Hellwig Pro Series helper spring kits are designed to help level the back of your truck and prevent sag when towing or hauling. The Pro Series has 2,500 lbs. of leveling capacity and is adjustable to your specific towing needs.

The Hellwig Pro Series is a patented bolt on design, featuring “Silent Ride” polyurethane stability blocks, plated and powder coated components. Its' easy to install instructions make this the helper spring of choice for do-it-yourself crowd and professionals alike. Manufactured with heat treated ASTM 5150 alloy spring steel in Hellwig's California based facility, these springs increase your vehicles level load carrying capacity up to the manufacturer’s gross vehicle weight rating. With its progressive rate design this helper spring system enables trucks and vans to carry loads with more control and stability. As your load increases this spring automatically increases its rate to resist sagging and tail dragging.

Progressive Rate Helper Spring

Progressive rate steel leaves do not effect your trucks ride when unloaded. The progressive rate design of the Pro Series Hellwig helper spring system enables your truck to carry loads with more control and stability. As the load on your truck increases, the Hellwig spring automatically increases its rate to resist sagging and tail dragging. They are also adjustable by simply tightening or loosening the heavy duty u-bolts to suit your towing requirement.

TruckSpring is a warehouse distributor for Hellwig products and we have been installing Hellwig air spring kits, Hellwig sway bars and Hellwig steel helper springs kits at our shop for years at our Michigan repair facility. We have a great working relationship with Hellwig and are very familiar with all of their suspension products. Hellwig products are made in the USA and we highly recommend them.

The history of Hellwig Products Co, Inc. began in Kansas City, Kansas in the early forties. With son Donald by his side, Rudolph, " Ruddy" Hellwig, began designing and manufacturing "Helper Springs". The business was moved to Southern California in the mid forties and incorporated in 1946.

By the mid 60's the company's southern California location proved to be to small and Don moved the Manufacturing facility to its current location in Visalia, California. Throughout the years Hellwig products has developed innovative suspension products that help vehicles handle loads and control sway. Products include Anti-Sway bars aftermarket and O.E.M. Also the most popular and imitated load assist products ever introduced to the light truck aftermarket, the "Load Pro 25 Series".

With a third generation of Hellwig, Don's son Mark directing the business a whole new series of innovations is being introduced. Included in these innovations is the "Next Generation" of load assist springs the patented "Pro Series" line of springs. Plus, a unique adjustable feature on new Anti-sway bar designs. Hellwig is proud to introduce the "FastRack" motorcycle racking system for toyhaulers and light trucks. Now beginning its 60th year Hellwig Products continues to introduce new materials, processes and manufacturing techniques into its product lines.
